Kare Group has consolidated all its personnel services companies into one company called Workteam Group. This consolidation took place in late 2022. Workteam Group Oy, owned 100 % by Kare Group, comprises of Base-yhtiöt, Aalto Eesti and KVR-Vuokraus brands and ownership.

Consolidation aims to build synergy, enhance efficiency and provide flexibility through larger scale. The endgame is to provide overall better and more flexible service to our clients. The executives of the Workteam Group are Jake Aalto, Otto Laasonen and Jarmo Keto from Kare Group.

At then end of 2022 Workteam Group companies employed 270 people with their turnover of 8 milloin euros. The new group aims to reach Finnish top20 personnel services list by the end of year 2023.
